Oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end close)\n

Partner with leadership on budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis\n

\n

Develop processes and controls to support growth and efficiency\n

\n

Mentor and guide junior staff as the department expands\n

\n

Prepare to step into the Controller role\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n

\n

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field\n

\n

7+ years of accounting/finance experience\n

\n

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting\n

\n

Leadership potential with a drive to grow into a Controller role\n

\n
