WE'RE HIRING IT & ERP MANAGER
Barbados
We are seeking an experienced IT & ERP Manager to provide leadership across IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity and the continued evolution of a Group-wide ERP environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on systems leader who understands both technology and business operations and can drive ERP adoption, strengthen IT controls, improve data integrity and transition manual processes into efficient, technology-enabled workflows.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Take ownership of the ERP environment post-implementation, driving system stabilisation, resolving outstanding issues and supporting continuous improvement.
Lead ERP adoption across multiple business functions, including user training, development of super-users, SOP documentation and process standardisation.
Strengthen data integrity, reconciliation, master-data governance and system controls to support accurate reporting and audit requirements.
Drive the transition from manual and paper-based processes to digitised, auditable workflows across areas such as Finance, Production, Procurement and Inventory.
Manage day-to-day IT operations, networks, servers, endpoints, helpdesk support and infrastructure across multiple locations.
Establish and maintain IT policies relating to cybersecurity, access controls, business continuity and disaster recovery.
Identify and manage cybersecurity and systems risks, including incident-response protocols and periodic risk assessments.
Manage ERP implementation partners, technology vendors, telecom providers, software licences and support contracts.
Manage IT and ERP CAPEX and OPEX budgets, monitor expenditure and ensure technology investments deliver value.
Partner with functional leaders to identify systems requirements and process-improvement opportunities.
Translate operational and business requirements into practical technology solutions.
Build internal systems capability through user training and development of ERP super-users, reducing reliance on external consultants over time.

Demonstrated experience managing IT operations and infrastructure across multiple sites or business entities.
Experience with data migration, system integration, process standardisation and user adoption.
Strong understanding of IT controls, cybersecurity, data governance, business continuity and disaster recovery.
Proven ability to manage external technology vendors and implementation partners.
Strong project leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Relevant postgraduate qualification.
Experience working within an audited, regulated or strong corporate-governance environment.
