Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer - Advanced to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full stack architecture, cloud-native development, CI/CD, TDD, and Agile delivery and a proven ability to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable applications across complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full stack solutions across multiple operating systems and infrastructures for large-scale programs.

Lead and mentor Agile teams, establish engineering best practices, and coach peers in core technical skills.

Implement and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines with automated testing.

Apply Test-Driven Development and secure coding practices to deliver resilient, performant applications.

Architect and deliver cloud-native services with attention to observability, reliability, and scalability.

Evaluate emerging technologies and guide their adoption to meet business objectives.

Contribute to engineering communities of practice and represent engineering through presentations or publications as appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in full stack development using one or more of: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, or similar frameworks, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

Proficiency with CI/CD tooling, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code.

Strong knowledge of TDD, security principles, resiliency patterns, and cloud development.

Demonstrated leadership in Agile practices and team cultivation.

Experience working across large, multi-platform enterprise environments.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

7+ years in relevant software engineering roles.

Preferred Skills

Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and container orchestration.

Background in enterprise-scale observability, SRE practices, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
