Sales Representative - No Experience

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Sales Representatives. No previous sales experience is required. We provide the training, coaching, and resources needed to help you develop the skills to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Connect with prospective and existing clients through phone and virtual meetings

Learn about clients’ needs and recommend suitable benefit solutions

Conduct virtual sales presentations and consultations

Build strong relationships with clients

Follow up with prospects and existing clients

Maintain organized records and manage your client pipeline

Work toward individual and team sales targets

Take part in ongoing sales training and coaching

Previous sales experience is not required

Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance Licence
