Benefits Representative - REMOTE

We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Remote Benefits Representatives. In this role, you will work directly with clients to help them understand their available benefits, answer questions, and find coverage options that fit their individual needs.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients through phone and virtual meetings

Educate clients on available benefit and insurance options

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Provide a high level of customer service throughout the enrollment process

Maintain consistent communication and follow up with clients

Complete virtual presentations and benefit consultations

Work toward individual and team performance goals

Attend training and coaching sessions to continuously improve your skills

Qualifications

Excellent communication and people skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and online

Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Organized and able to manage your own schedule

Sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance Licence
