Dymentum Health is seeking two Physicians to provide medical care on a non-discriminatory basis.Specific duties may involve all aspects of health care delivery, and will work in concert withboth institution staff and consultant specialists in various clinical areas.

Performs all duties in accordance with current accepted medical practices and procedures.

The 15 facilities arelocations where the Physician will provide services to by means of Tele-medicine.

The Physicians will not be required to visit or be located at each of the listed facilities.

The Physicians can utilize the facility DEA number.
