Fluent English & clear communication

Confident voice & good pronunciation

Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume cold calling

Resilient with rejection & objections

Reliable, punctual & committed

Willing to work US hours/night shift

100 Mbps+ internet

Wired USB noise-canceling headset

Quiet workspace Full-time, 40 hrs/week

BIG PLUS / ADVANTAGE:

1–2+ years cold calling experience

Fast learner & follows instructions well

Highly coachable and adaptable

Strong objection handling & rebuttals

US sales/insurance experience

Appointment-setting experience

Hourly and training pay but must qualify. Will have to go to series of assessments.
