Job Summary

A Pasta Team Member prepares fresh pasta and related dishes by mixing, rolling, and cooking, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and sanitary food production. They manage their station's inventory, operate equipment, and work quickly to meet customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Hand-make and portion fresh pasta, including rolling, cutting, and filling, following specific recipes and formulas

· Prepare pasta dishes, sauces, and garnishes, including boiling, sauteing, or baking to order, ensuring correct texture and consistency.

· Preparation and packaging of different desserts

· Become a Subject Matter Expert in pasta department

· Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary station, adhering to food safety, hygiene, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards

· Safely use pasta machines, mixers, and rollers

· Track inventory, receive deliveries, and prepare prep par sheets to control costs

· Participate in Sip-N-Stroll

· Any other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Must be able to communicate verbally in the English language

Must have proficiency in operating pasta making appliances and other kitchen equipment

Must have ability to work quickly, safely, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull 50 pounds

Must be able to lift, bend, crouch, etc.

Must be able to stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hours

Must be able to work effectively in a team setting

Must be able to engage in providing excellent customer service
