Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Set Crew Laborer to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in using a tape measure, hammer, and various power tools.

• Owning your own tools is a plus. Able to safely lift and carry 50+ pounds.

• Works well in a team environment with a positive attitude.

• Quick learner who is eager to help and take on new tasks.

• Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including crawling underneath manufactured homes.

• Willing to work with your hands in various weather and job site conditions.

• Construction or manufactured housing experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential
