POSITION OVERVIEW

SWISH is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative for an in-person position in Hollywood, Florida.

Employment Type: Full-time

This is a face-to-face sales role focused on meeting customers in person, understanding their needs, presenting relevant products or services, explaining value, and developing sales opportunities. You will work directly with people, build professional relationships, and support customers as they make informed purchasing decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage prospective and existing customers in face-to-face conversations at the assigned location or approved in-person sales setting.

Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs, priorities, and interests.

Present products or services clearly and explain their benefits and value.

Recommend appropriate solutions and guide customers through purchasing decisions.

Develop sales opportunities through in-person engagement, relationship building, and professional follow-up.

Build rapport with customers and create a welcoming, professional experience.

Respond to customer questions with accurate, clear, and helpful information.

Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records using approved workplace tools.

Collaborate with colleagues to support daily sales activities and in-person customer engagement.

Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing professional development.

Apply feedback to improve product knowledge, presentations, communication, and sales techniques.

Represent SWISH professionally in every face-to-face customer interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, communications, or other public-facing experience is helpful but not required.

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with a variety of people.

Able to understand customer needs and explain products, services, and value clearly.

Professional, positive, and persistent approach to customer engagement and sales development.

Interest in learning face-to-face sales skills through training and coaching.

Able to work toward goals while contributing effectively to a team.

Strong organization, reliability, and attention to detail.

Professional, approachable, and customer-focused in a busy environment.

Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.

COMPENSATION

Expected Annual Compensation: $41,500-$45,000, including base pay and incentive compensation. Additional compensation details will be provided during the hiring process.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent.

Able to reliably commute to our Hollywood, Florida location.

Able to communicate effectively in English.

Able to work the schedule required for the position.
