Site is located in MEMPHIS, Tennesse-
Key Responsibilities
Direct and control traffic (vehicles and heavy equipment) within active construction zones
Act as a spotter for heavy machinery (cranes, forklifts, excavators, etc.)
Maintain constant visual contact with operators to prevent accidents
Enforce site safety rules and restricted access protocols
Assist with pedestrian safety and job site logistics
Communicate clearly using hand signals, radios, and verbal direction
Monitor blind spots and high-risk areas at all times
Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses immediately
Follow all data center security protocols (no unauthorized access, strict compliance required)
Strict Requirements
MUST be alert at all times – no phone use while on post
Ability to stand for 8–12+ hours per shift
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Must follow directions from site leadership without exception
Must pass background check and drug screening
Prior construction or flagging experience preferred but not required
Work Environment
Active construction site with heavy equipment and high-risk operations
High-security data center – access is strictly controlled
