Seeking BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join talented team in Pullman, WA.
The department consults with local specialists and telemedicine on-call physicians, and coordinates directly with receiving specialists when transfers to a larger regional center is warranted. Close working relationships with EMS and other area partners support seamless care across the continuum.
1.0 FTE, health system-employed with Pullman Regional Hospital, an award-winning critical access hospital
Schedule: approximately 80% days / 20% nights
Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine
Rural emergency medicine experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
Department has 34 hours of coverage; physician sees 1.5 patients/hour during days
Physician leadership and teaching opportunities are available for those interested in expanding their role beyond clinical practice.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $405,000
Commitment incentive: 10% of base
Retention incentive: $100,000 over five years
Relocation stipend: $10,000
CME allowance: $7,000
