About the Role:

Donna & Lorenzo's Sparkle And Shine Cleaning Service LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to join our growing team in Monmouth and Ocean County, NJ! In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be the backbone of our field operations — ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Responsibilities:

Supervise and support cleaning crews across multiple job sites to ensure quality and efficiency

Conduct site inspections and quality control checks before, during, and after cleaning services

Train, mentor, and motivate field staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company standards

Serve as the primary point of contact between field teams and management

Address and resolve client concerns or on-site issues in a timely and professional manner

Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating restocking as needed

Training and onboarding new employees+

Coaching and supporting current team members

Handling employee call-outs and helping coordinate coverage

Checking staging and final presentation before jobs are completed

Conducting client walkthroughs and gathering information for estimates

Interviewing potential new team members

Helping employees stay motivated, confident, and accountable

Handling day-to-day questions and minor field issues

Making sure our cleaning standards, checklists, photos, and procedures are being followed

Communicating with clients when needed

Stepping in and helping the team when necessary

Requirements:

Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning, facilities management, or a related field

Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing staff and client relations

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Dependable, professional, and a positive team-oriented attitude
