Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Urgent Care & Primary CareAbout the Role
ExperCARE is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. This position provides clinical support in both our urgent care and primary care settings, delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment.

Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints
Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and treatments as ordered
Perform specimen collection, phlebotomy, EKGs, point-of-care testing, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice
Assist with wound care, splinting, suture removal, and other minor procedures
Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
Monitor patient flow to promote efficient clinic operations
Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and safety standards
Maintain medical supplies and assist with inventory management
Support both urgent care and primary care workflows based on daily clinic needs
Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and team members
Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered careQualifications
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
Current CPR/BLS certification
Previous experience in urgent care, family practice, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred
Experience with phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, and point-of-care testing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR)
