Job Description*:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Blue Yonder ESP to optimize supply chain operations.

• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable technical and functional solutions.

• Configure and customize Blue Yonder ESP based on business requirements.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define requirements, test scenarios, and implementation strategies.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

• Lead integrations between Blue Yonder ESP, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.

• Provide solution guidance throughout the SDLC, from design through implementation and hypercare support.

• Develop and conduct training sessions for business users and project teams.

• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to provide consulting expertise and ensure successful solution delivery.

• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant, with strong experience in Blue Yonder ESP / JDA ESP.

• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management processes and industry best practices.

• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder ESP configuration and customization.

• Excellent consulting and client-facing experience.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and PL/SQL scripting.

• Understanding of systems infrastructure and enterprise application integrations.

• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and implementation best practices.

• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical teams.
