As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained community. From routine service requests to preventative maintenance and property upkeep, your expertise and attention to detail will directly impact resident satisfaction and community success.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the property. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to residents and property management teams.Key Responsibilities

Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting.

Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential issues before they become major repairs.

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, grounds, and amenities.

Repair and replace fixtures, locks, door hardware, flooring, drywall, and other apartment components.

Assist with apartment turns and make-ready preparations to ensure units are move-in ready.

Troubleshoot and repair household appliances as needed.

Support property management in maintaining compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Participate in property inspections and report maintenance concerns.

Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and maintenance activities.

Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with residents and vendors.Qualifications

Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or related experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance practices.

Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Professional attitude and commitment to customer service.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

HVAC certification is a plus but not required.The Ideal Candidate
