LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a valued client in the Columbus area to identify an Human Resource Coordinator with a strong focus on recruiting and talent acquisition. This position is ideal for an HR professional with at least 2 years of experience who enjoys building relationships, supporting hiring managers, and serving as a key point of contact for employees. While recruiting will be the primary focus, this role also offers exposure to broader HR functions, including onboarding, HR administration, and payroll audit support. This position is starts on a contract basis with the potential to go permanent based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
Partner with multiple hiring managers to support workforce planning and hiring initiatives
Organize and represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community recruiting activities
Serve as a primary contact for employee HR questions and day-to-day HR support needs
Assist with onboarding, employee records management, and various HR administrative functions
Support payroll audits, compliance efforts, and special HR projects as assignedQualifications
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
Strong recruiting experience with a passion for attracting and engaging talent
Ability to support multiple managers and manage competing priorities effectively
Experience coordinating recruiting events, job fairs, or community outreach initiatives
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms
