Our client is looking for a competent, organised and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Bulawayo.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
Lead, allocate and monitor the performance of warehouse staff.
Ensure all incoming goods are properly received, checked, counted and recorded.
Verify stock quantities and specifications against purchase orders, delivery notes and other documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates.
Monitor stock movements and ensure proper documentation of all receipts and issues.
Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts and assist with periodic stock takes.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, losses and variances.
Ensure stock is correctly labelled, stored and organised for easy identification and retrieval.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment requirements to relevant departments.
Coordinate order picking, packing and dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping and ensure goods are stored in a safe and orderly manner.
Enforce company health, safety and security procedures within the warehouse.
Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance requirements.
Prepare and submit warehouse reports on stock movements, variances, productivity and operational performance.
Liaise with procurement, logistics, sales, finance and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, reduce losses and increase operational efficiency.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory control procedures.
Experience in receiving, stock control, picking, dispatch and stock reconciliation.
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong numerical, analytical and record-keeping abilities.
Good leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Key Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Stores Management or a related field.
At least 3 years' experience in warehouse, stores or inventory operations, with supervisory experience.
