Job Summary: The ideal candidate should be hands on and able to develop creative content ideas, lead a team,appear confidently on camera, present products and oversee the creation of engaging content that grows our brand and drives sales.

Key Responsibilities Develop creative content ideas and oversee the social media content calendar.

Lead and manage the Social Media Manager and digital content team.

Create and present engaging Reels, TikToks, product videos and other social media content.

Identify and leverage relevant social media trends.

Oversee content quality, consistency and timely execution.

Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content.

Work with the sales and marketing teams to create content that drives engagement, enquiries and sales.

Support digital campaigns, product launches, promotions and events.

Key Requirements & Qualifications Experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation.

Strong creative, communication and leadership skills.

Confident and engaging on camera.

Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Ability to shoot and create quality video content.

Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva or similar.

Proactive, organised and results-oriented.

Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on.

WORK PORTFOLIO Links/examples of previous content you have created or managed, including Reels, TikToks, product videos, campaigns or other relevant work.

60–90 SECOND VIDEO PRESENTATION Record yourself presenting any product of your choice as though you are creating a social media video.

We will assess your confidence, communication, creativity, presentation skills, personality and ability to engage an audience.

The video does not need to be professionally produced — a smartphone is sufficient.
