Responsibilities may include responding to routine questions, reviewing customer information, documenting requests, providing approved service details, scheduling follow-up activities, and transferring complex concerns to the appropriate team. Representatives should pay close attention to what customers are asking and confirm important information before completing a request.

A strong customer service approach is essential. Customers should receive clear answers and respectful treatment regardless of the nature of their inquiry.
