Construction Superintendent

We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on various commercial construction projects including K12, healthcare, retail, restaurant, and more. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to deliver complex projects with precision, this is a great opportunity to step into a high-impact role.

What You’ll Do:

Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations.

Drive project safety, quality, and production goals.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and owners.

Maintain and enforce project schedules and lookahead planning.

Manage power-up, energization, and cooling system readiness.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in a Superintendent role.

Strong experience with commercial projects.

Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with construction scheduling tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft, etc.

OSHA 30 preferred
