Superintendent

We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on K-12 projects in Columbus, OH. If you have a background in K-12 or higher education construction, this is an awesome opportunity to step into a high impact role with a clear path for advancement.

What You’ll Do:

Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations.

Drive project safety, quality, and production goals

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and owners

Maintain and enforce project schedules and lookahead planning

Manage power-up, energization, and cooling system readiness.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in a Superintendent role.

Experience in K12 or commercial projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with construction scheduling tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft, etc.)

OSHA 30 preferred
