Now Hiring Press Operators All Shifts Available! Newbury, OH $17$18/hr 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Ready to put your skills to work in a hands-on manufacturing role? Inova Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturer of water softener systems, and were looking for dependable Press Operators to join the team!

What Youll Do:

Operate press machines to form and assemble product components.

Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.

Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.

Keep your work area clean and organized.

Work alongside a team to keep production running smoothly.

What Were Looking For:

Press operator or manufacturing experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).

Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 3050 lbs.

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Shifts & Pay: 1st Shift: 7:00am3:30pm 2nd Shift: 3:00pm11:30pm 3rd Shift: 11:00pm7:30am Pay: $17$18/hr Why Youll Love It:
