We are looking for dependable, hands-on people to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators. If you like staying busy, learning how equipment works, and being able to see what you accomplished at the end of your shift, this could be a great fit.

As a Machine Operator, you'll learn to set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment used in our production process. Depending on your assigned area, your responsibilities may include:
Setting up and operating production machinery, including stranding equipment
Loading and changing reels/spools of material
Monitoring equipment throughout production runs
Performing quality checks to make sure finished material meets specifications
Completing required production paperwork
Identifying and reporting equipment or quality concerns
Using a forklift and material-handling equipment
Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
Working with your team to meet daily production goals
Learning additional equipment and processes as you gain experienceWhat We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Shows up consistently and on time
Is willing to learn and take direction
Pays attention to quality and detail
Can work safely around manufacturing equipment
Is comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift
Can regularly lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Works well independently and as part of a team
Takes pride in doing the job correctly
Manufacturing or machine-operation experience is required, but reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important to us.Schedule
