Continuum of Colorado is seeking Caregivers for our meaningful Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions in Castle Rock, CO and surrounding areas.

Our caregivers get to support a variety of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our three-bed home, implement care plans, and help our individuals with daily activities and transporting them to community activities.

Sunday - Tuesday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PMWednesday - Friday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM These schedules offer a fantastic work/life balance in a supportive home environment.

Requirements of CaregiversHigh school diploma or GEDOne (1) year experience in an area directly related to job, preferred (i.e., developmental disabilities, elderly)Be able to pass and maintain certification in all agency required trainingPerform personal care/medical procedures and consistently lift up to 50 lbsAbility to read, write and converse in English and perform simple math calculationsKnow how to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) at an intermediate level; ability to use Outlook to communicate through emailPersonal vehicle in good operating condition for use during workValid Colorado driver's license; proof of insurance; 3 years of current, consecutive driving historyMeet our driving requirements; no suspensions/revocations in the past 3 yrs and no more than 2 tickets in the past 3 yrs We are committed to racial equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of our organization and our partnership with the IDD community.
