Compensation: $600 weekly guaranteed with opportunity of commission-based pay

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience

Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget

Present vehicle features, options, pricing, and available products

Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives

Respond to internet, phone, and walk-in customer inquiries

Follow up with leads and previous customers

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Accurately update customer information in the dealership CRM

Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals

Maintain current knowledge of luxury vehicles, inventory, pricing, and dealership promotions

Qualifications

Previous automotive, luxury retail, or sales experience is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Schedule

Full-time position with a flexible dealership schedule. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.
