Small Parts Medical Device Assembler $17.00 an hour
8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday 40 hours, 30 min meal break unpaid
Putting together tiny, precise healthcare components and equipment while following strict safety and quality rules.
Key Responsibilities
Part Assembly: Join miniature or micro parts using hand tools, microscopes, or specialized production equipment.
Quality Control: Inspect finished subassemblies or products for defects using magnifying tools, gauges, or microscopes.
Process Adherence: Follow detailed written instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
Cleanroom Protocol: Maintain a clean workspace, often inside a sterile cleanroom environment, wearing required protective gear.
Documentation: Record production numbers, batch data, and inspection results accurately.
Basic Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and strong visual attention to detail.
Physical Needs: Ability to stand for long shifts and handle very small components.
