Austin, MN 36 Hours/Week Contract-to-Permanent

We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an onsite health center serving employees and families of a nationally recognized consumer company in Austin, MN. The current provider is retiring, creating an opportunity to start on contract with the potential to transition permanently.

$65–$85/hour

3 x 12-hour shifts 36 hours/week

Only ~14 appointments per 12-hour shift

30-minute visits and 45-minute physicals

Established patient population, ages 2+

Experienced RN, LPN/MA, and administrative support

Contract or contract-to-permanent

Schedule

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

The Practice

Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, physicals, acute and chronic care, well-woman and pediatric visits, minor procedures, immunizations, labs, and point-of-care testing.

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Primary care experience preferred

Epic experience preferred

Comfortable treating patients ages 2+
