CARPENTER/MASON

Carpentry Work:

Build, install, and dismantle wood or metal formwork, scaffolding, and temporary support structures.

Measure, cut, shape, and join wood, plywood, and other construction materials using hand and power tools.

Install and repair wooden fixtures, wall frames, panels, and form frameworks.

Masonry Work:

Lay concrete hollow blocks (CHB), bricks, and stones using mortar to build walls and structural foundations.

Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete surfaces for slabs, footings, and pathways.

Apply plastering, patch damaged concrete, and repair masonry structures.

Site & Operational Support:

Read basic layout plans or follow supervisor instructions to execute tasks accurately.

Check alignment, level, and plumb using tape measures, spirit levels, and plumb bobs.

Maintain tools and equipment; follow strict job site safety rules and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background: At least an Elementary or High School graduate.

Experience: Proven experience as a Carpenter or Mason in construction projects.

Documentation: Must possess a Certificate of Employment (COE) from previous employers and be able to submit complete pre-employment requirements.

Availability: Must be willing and ready to start as soon as possible (ASAP).

Skills: Strong knowledge of carpentry and masonry tools, physical stamina, and the ability to work in outdoor
