Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,179-$1,310
Schedule: 5 shifts per week
Shift Duration: 8-hour evenings
Shift Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Additional Scheduling Notes: Occasional scheduled holidays may be required

At least 1 year of recent Sterile Processing Technician experience required
Experience in all major areas of sterile processing, including decontamination, sterilization, HLD/scope processing, sterile storage, and OR liaison support
CBSPD or CRCST certification required
Experience with steam sterilization and Sterrad systems preferred
Experience with CensiTrac tracking system preferred
Ability to manage case carts, separate soiled instruments, and prepare supplies for next-day surgical cases
Strong communication skills and ability to support operating room workflow
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume hospital environment Responsibilities
Perform decontamination of surgical instruments and specialty equipment, including drills, robotic instruments, and scopes
Complete sterilization processes using steam and low-temperature sterilization systems
Process scopes and perform high-level disinfection according to department protocols
Maintain sterile storage areas and ensure proper handling and organization of supplies
Serve as an OR liaison to support surgical team needs and maintain workflow efficiency
Use CensiTrac or similar tracking systems to document instrument processing activities
Move case carts, separate soiled items, and prepare case cart needs for upcoming procedures
Respond to OR calls for multiple surgical floors and provide timely sterile processing support
Follow infection prevention standards, safety guidelines, and hospital policies at all times
