Contracts Attorney

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Contracts Attorney for a temporary remote opportunity. Our client is seeking a collaborative, business-minded attorney to provide coverage for approximately three months beginning in mid-September. This attorney will work closely with a small in-house legal team and assist with a variety of commercial contract matters in a fast-paced environment. This role is fully remote, and candidates may be located and licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction.

Responsibilities:

Review, draft, revise, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements

Redline contracts and assist with contract management processes

Monitor and respond to inquiries within a shared legal inbox

Partner with legal team members to provide timely support to internal stakeholders

Assist with day-to-day legal operations and other contract-related projects as needed

Qualifications:

Active bar license in any U.S. state

Prior experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts

Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills

Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive and adaptable attitude

Ability to handle both routine and complex contract matters

In-house and/or fintech experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Duration:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Approximately 3-month assignment

Anticipated start date in mid-September to early October

Fully remote
