General Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized General Manager to oversee daily operations of our small team and ensure the smooth running of our store. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage responsibilities with minimal supervision and share our commitment to long-term growth and success. The position includes flexible, on-call hours that may require early starts, late finishes, or occasional weekend visits.

Responsibilities

Manage overall store operations and workflow

Supervise and support a team of 5-20 employees

Create and maintain employee schedules

Oversee inventory management and control

Ensure excellent customer relations and service quality

Manage financial processes and budgeting oversight

Implement and maintain quality control standards

Address operational problems and provide solutions

Prepare reports for leadership review

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

2+ years of experience in general management
