HSE Supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor on construction or industrial projects.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to organize and coordinate workforce activities on site.

Ability to make independent decisions in safety-related matters and take responsibility for those decisions.

Confidence in communicating with management, contractors, and workforce personnel.

Ability to stop unsafe work and firmly enforce safety requirements when necessary.

High level of discipline, initiative, and personal accountability.

Experience in conducting inspections, incident investigations, and workforce training.

Good knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Permit to Work (PTW), Working at Height, Lifting Operations, and Excavation Safety requirements.
