Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday with a rotating day off
Highlights:
Work within a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team including physicians, technologists, nurses, and advanced practice providers
8 procedure rooms supporting a daily census of 20-40 patients
Interventional procedures only (no Cath/EP, Neuro, or Hybrid OR)
Utilize Siemens imaging equipment and EPIC electronic medical records system (preferred)
Call requirement includes one primary weekday and one backup weekday per month, plus one weekend every six weeks alternating between primary or backup
First-time travelers accepted; 2 years of experience required
Requirements:
Active ARRT (R) certification
Current BLS certification
Valid Ohio State License (must be obtained prior to start)
Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience
Proficiency with Siemens equipment required
EPIC charting system experience preferred
Community hospital and Trauma Level I experience preferred
Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform interventional radiology procedures including biopsies, central venous access, angioplasty, embolization, PICC lines, nephrostomy, gastrostomy tube placement, and various vascular interventions
Operate Siemens imaging equipment effectively and safely
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient care
