Job Description*:

Majorly consultant should have exposure in below areas.

• Good exposure on SF EC to S/4Hana on data mapping:-To support mapping EC entities to SAP infotypes, handling value conversions, and managing complex HR data structure especially to update employee master data infotypes in S/4.

• Interface set up:- Alignment with business and CPI team to set up integration

a. From SF EC to S/4 for PA and OM data replication.

b. From ECC to S/4 for Time data replication (The interface from ECC to HANA should be established and will remain in use until December 31, 2027 from January 1, 2028 onward, the interface will be switched from SuccessFactors to HANA).

• Time management experience:- HR time management will stay in ECC so interim phase enhancement is required from S/4 to ECC (wage types mapping may be required)

• Coordination with cross functional work streams:- Need to work with cross workstream to understand their requirement and enhance HR system accordingly ex: Flexible work flow for S2P team, Employee working hours capturing for P2F-SM team etc.
