Job Description*:

1. Manage and supervise, using Service Now, the identification of assets and their:

• RTO/RPO (Recovery Time Objective) / (Recovery Point Objective);

• Tiering model;

• Lead the identification and classification of Most Valuable Infrastructure (MVI) — the assets

whose failure would carry the highest financial, operational, or reputational consequence for

the Group

2. Ensure communication:

• Lead bi-weekly committees with the IT_owners, the technical domains, belonging to ITH

(Indian Tech Hub) as well as with the other zones (Europe, America, Asia) and with the business

domains (Operations & Finance, Retail, Research & Innovation, Corporate).

• Report to senior leadership on resilience posture, DRP review outcomes, test results, and

infrastructure risk evolution

3. Manage DR tests:

• Participate to the DR activities with your counterparts

• Run end-to-end DRP design and lifecycle ownership — from Business Impact Analysis through

recovery design, testing, post-activation review, and continuous improvement

• Lead structured engagements with Technical Domain Leads to design and execute DRexercises

across all MVI components, including:

• Cloud, Networks, Storage, and Compute

• Databases and Appliances

• Security tools, Backup systems, and Devices

• For each DR tests, fill-in the following documentation: o DRTS: Disaster Recover Test Sheets; o

DRTR: Disaster Recover Test Report.

3. Manage post-DR activities:

• Own DR test design, execution, and results documentation — ensuring every exercise

generates actionable findings and formally feeds into plan improvement

#Key Responsibilities:

The Cyber & Service Delivery team is expanding to support the INFRASTRUCTURE teams in:

• Supporting the technical domain in executing the DR (Disaster Recovery) tests and without any

business impact;

• Making sure that all DR are well scheduled and documented (DRTS, DRTR being duly signed

and completed by all parties)

• Conduct the appropriate continuous improvement meetings and track the future activities
