Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate (Retail) will be the point of contact between the business and its prospects and clients. They will have a range of responsibilities including identifying customers. They will also support clients by assisting and educating them about our products and services.

Key responsibilities:

Engage with store customers to understand their need and offer personalized recommendations

Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions on tech specifications

Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and promotions

Respond to customer queries promptly, accurately, and professionally

Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors

Expand customer reach across different social media forums

Provide ad-hoc support to sales and marketing, as needed

What we're looking for:

At least Senior Highschool Graduate

Career shifters with relevant technical support experience are encouraged to apply

Experience with consumer electronics or consumer technology, including but not limited to gadgets, smart-home devices, and mobile technology is an advantage

Experience as a Customer-Facing Sales Representative or Product Specialist is an advantage

Good English verbal and written communication skills

At least 30 WPM typing speed and has good chat etiquette

Must be adaptable to a flexible work schedule, 6 days per week

Willing to be assigned anywhere within Greater Metro Manila Area (e.g. Alabang, Makati, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Manila, North Edsa, San Juan, Manila etc.)

Schedule:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

12 NN to 9:00 PM

1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
