Am hiểu luật thực phẩm, ghi nhãn và tiêu chuẩn xuất khẩu.

Tiếng Anh tốt, làm việc với tập đoàn và khách hàng quốc tế.

Trọng tâm: Spec + Compliance + System, không phải QA vận hành.

Quản lý hệ thống tài liệu kỹ thuật, master data, change control.

Là đầu mối giữa R&D, QA và các công ty thành viên trong tập đoàn.

Cần tư duy logic, làm việc độc lập và có tiếng nói chuyên môn.

Cuối 8x, đầu 9x.

Background: Masan, Nestlé, Vinamilk, Ajinomoto, CJ, Acecook, Mondelez, các công ty Ingredients/Food lớn.

Từng xử lý Spec, Compliance, hồ sơ xuất khẩu và audit.

Report: Head of R&D.

Job Responsibilities

Product Specifications Management:

· Own the preparation and ongoing upkeep of product specifications, COAs, technical data sheets, allergen statements, GMO declarations, and related technical records.

· Verify that specifications remain accurate and consistent with approved formulations and manufacturing processes.

· Introduce common specification-management practices across business units and product categories.

· During development and commercialization, work jointly with R&D and Quality to confirm technical compliance.

Specification System & Document Control:

· Control the specification lifecycle from drafting, review, and approval through release, training, implementation, revision, archiving, and withdrawal of obsolete documents.

· Define document-coding conventions, version controls, approval matrices, and scheduled review cycles.

· Keep technical documentation controlled, traceable, and audit-ready.

· Implement controls that prevent outdated or unapproved specifications from being used in production, quality control, customer documentation, or audits.

Regulatory Affairs & Compliance:

· Align products with domestic and international food regulations, legal obligations, customer requirements, and compliance standards.

· Assess new food legislation, regulatory policies, import and export rules, and industry standards to determine their implications.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

· Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams on compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

· Embed regulatory and compliance reviews into new-product initiatives from the early development stages.

· Support supplier compliance and review supplier technical documentation.

Continuous Improvement & Governance:

· Develop and refine compliance procedures, specification systems, and document-control processes.

· Advance the digitalization and database management of specifications and compliance records.

· Keep internal stakeholders informed through compliance training and regulatory briefings.
