Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team, providing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) environment. This position offers a flexible schedule, including various shifts to accommodate the needs of our patients and staff.

Position Details

Work schedule: 36 hours per week with a combination of 8, 12, and 16-hour shifts

Shifts may vary between 3 to 5 days a week, primarily including weekends

Potential for overtime during certain weeks

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in compliance with established guidelines and protocols

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

Monitor and assess patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Assist with daily living activities, ensuring the dignity and comfort of residents

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

Experience in Long-Term Care or a similar setting preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
