$75,000-$110,000/yr + Performance Bonuses

What You'll Be Doing

Own financial reporting, budgeting, and cash-flow management

- Oversee AP/AR, payroll coordination, and month-end close

- Build and improve operational processes and controls

- Track KPIs and report to ownership

- Support HR, purchasing, and vendor management

What We're Looking For

Finance/accounting background (QuickBooks experience required)

- Operations or management experience

- Strong Excel and reporting skills

- Detail-oriented and process-driven
