We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team for an exciting port project in Kuwait. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documents, ensuring efficient information flow, and maintaining accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.

Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system for the port project

Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents

Ensure all documents are properly filed, indexed, and easily retrievable

Coordinate with project team members to collect, review, and process technical documents

Maintain version control and track document revisions

Prepare and distribute regular document status reports

Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely document submissions

Perform quality checks on documents to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications

Manage the electronic document management system and train users as needed

Support design review and construction supervision processes by facilitating document access and distribution

Assist in the preparation of project closeout documentation

University Degree

Minimum 3 years of experience in document control, preferably in construction or engineering projects

Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Experience with project management software

Familiarity with CAD software is a plus

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
