As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Maplewood Nursing and Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our short-term post-acute rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care settings. About the Role:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

0-2 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
