Painter And Paint Surface PrepperALL Crane Service, located in Columbus has an opportunity for a Painter and Paint Surface Prepper, working on various construction related equipment in a body shop environment.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package.

This position is eligible for a candidate sign-on bonus of $100 after 100 days of continuous employment.Essential Functions:Prepare equipment, product and assemblies for paintingPrime, paint and sandblast materialsAssemble and inspect product ensuring work meets company quality standardsMaintain conformity to safety requirements and other applicable regulationsAny other duties that are needed around the shop and yardSkills and Experience Requirements:Has knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures in painting operations; willing to train and mentorAble to use/lift fully loaded spray guns and work with/around spray paints requiring use of a respirator or fresh air systemMust be able to stand/walk around for long periods of timeMust be able to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl on heavy construction equipment to gain access to different areasShould be able to lift up to 50 poundsAble to work 40 hours a week and overtime as neededBenefits:Competitive wagesPaid Time Off and HolidaysComprehensive Benefits Plans (Medical, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance)401(k) retirement plan with company matchALL Family of Companies:The ALL Family of Companies and its affiliated branches are Equal Opportunity Employers with competitive wage and benefits packages in a drug-free environment.
