The Role:

Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Davis, OK. Ok license required.

Candidates to work 3 week On and 1 week Off schedule. 5x8's.

Need to be able to take equitable share of call 1:6.

Broad, bread-and-butter case mix including: General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, OB, Endoscopy, Healthy Pediatrics.

Regional anesthesia experience welcome.

Team of six CRNAs.

CRNA only Practice Model.

Community-based hospital

3 operating rooms plus OB coverage

Credentialing: 45 - 60 days with OK license and clean file.

$1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.

$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
