Job Description*:

Technical Deployment:

Lead HubSpot onboarding and deployment for new clients/portfolios, including account setup, data migration, and configuration

Design and implement workflows, automation sequences, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages

Configure and maintain integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems (CRM, ERP, marketing tools) via native connectors or APIs

Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients/stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into HubSpot architecture

Ensure data hygiene, deduplication, and proper contact/property mapping during migrations

Development:

Build custom modules, themes, and templates using HubSpot CMS (HubL, CSS, JavaScript, HTML)

Develop custom integrations using HubSpot APIs (CRM API, Webhooks, Custom Objects)

Create custom-coded workflow actions and serverless functions where native tools fall short

Debug and troubleshoot integration or automation issues across the tech stack

Maintain documentation for custom builds, integrations, and technical configurations

Client/Stakeholder Support:

Act as the technical point of contact for HubSpot-related queries during and after deployment

Provide training and enablement to internal teams/clients on platform usage

Monitor platform performance post-deployment and recommend optimizations
