Position Summary: The Pharmacist oversees the daily operations of the Pharmacy department and ensures the safe, accurate dispensing of medications. This role includes patient counseling, regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with ACHC policies and all applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily pharmacy operations within the health center

· Accurately fill prescriptions and perform final verification

· Provide patient counseling on medications, usage, and side effects

· Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws

· Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify and optimize prescriptions

· Maintain proper handling, storage, and documentation of medications, including controlled substances

· Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve patient concerns

ACHC is a multidisciplinary clinic where medical, behavioral health, dental, optometry, physical therapy, care management, laboratory, and pharmacy professionals all work together to give the best care possible to our patients!
