Electrical Superintendent

Job Description

The Electrical Superintendent will oversee medium-sized project teams (6-15 members) primarily working on industrial, airport, and package handling projects. This role demands strong leadership to coordinate project activities, ensure safety compliance, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain high-quality standards. The superintendent will report to both the Project Manager and Operations Director, requiring frequent travel between sites to monitor progress and address challenges.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities and schedules to ensure timely completion

Supervise and motivate project team members

Manage and enforce safety protocols on-site

Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands

Maintain quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle

Monitor and control project budgets

Provide technical guidance and support to the team

Communicate regularly with stakeholders and management

Identify and resolve project-related problems promptly

Prepare and submit detailed project reports

Preferred Qualifications

0-2+ years experience as an electrical superintendent

OSHA Safety Certification

Knowledge of electrical systems and project management

Demonstrated team leadership abilities

Understanding of safety protocols and budget management

Experience with quality assurance processes

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
