Job Description

The Logistics Supervisor II for B Shift oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient logistics coordination and inventory management. This role involves supervising a team of 11-20 employees, maintaining safety compliance, and driving quality control standards. The supervisor collaborates across departments and leverages Warehouse Management System (WMS) technology to optimize processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate B Shift logistics operations and staff activities

Manage inventory accuracy and quality control measures

Develop and maintain staff schedules to meet operational needs

Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Collaborate cross-departmentally to streamline logistics workflows

Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track operations and generate reports

Lead and motivate the team to achieve productivity and service goals

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in logistics supervision
