Pay: $30–$36/hour

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Automation Build & Deployment Technician to build, assemble, troubleshoot, test, and deploy advanced robotic and automated equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Machine Builder, Automation Technician, Robotics Technician, Electro-Mechanical Technician, Field Service Technician, or skilled Mechanical/Electrical Technician who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and bringing complex machinery to life.
What You'll Do
Build and assemble robotic, automated, and electromechanical equipment.
Perform mechanical and electrical installation and integration.
Read mechanical drawings, schematics, assembly documentation, and technical instructions.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during builds, testing, installation, and startup.
Perform equipment adjustments, modifications, and continuous improvements.
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and shop equipment.
Perform light fabrication, including cutting, drilling, bending, grinding, and welding.
Work with engineering and technical teams to resolve equipment issues.
Support machine installation, commissioning, and field deployments.
Travel approximately 30%
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with automation, robotics, machine building, manufacturing equipment, or industrial machinery preferred.
Technical/trade school, Associate degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Ability to read drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
Fabrication or machine-shop experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
Willingness to travel 30%.
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Climb ladders, bend, kneel, reach, and work around industrial equipment.
Safely operate shop tools and equipment.
Work comfortably in a hands-on manufacturing and machine-building environment.
