Technical LeadershipWhat You'll Do

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will help maintain and improve the electrical systems that support DECO's manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include:

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and industrial equipment

Diagnose electrical and control system issues to minimize downtime

Support automated production equipment, robotics, PLCs, and HMI systems

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

Install and wire machinery, controls, and electrical components according to applicable codes and standards

Test electrical systems using voltmeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment

Work with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability

Maintain compliance with electrical codes, safety practices, and company standards

Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facilityPreferred Qualifications

Minimum two years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and control systems

PLC programming and troubleshooting experience preferred

Experience working with HMI systems preferred

Knowledge of industrial electrical systems from 24VDC through 480V three-phase power

Industrial Electrician degree preferred

Electrical license or Journeyman certification preferred

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
